Montessori Sports Summit 2025
This years theme:
Creating level playing fields!
How can we ensure sports and education become truly inclusive spaces where everyone, regardless of their starting point, has a fair opportunity to thrive? The Montessori Sports Summit 2025 invites educators, coaches, sports professionals, and changemakers to explore this question and more under the transformative theme Creating Level Playing Fields.
This two-day event will delve into how we can address disparities across various stages and aspects of life, including early childhood development, age, biological maturity, gender, and socio-economic background to foster environments where fairness and opportunity flourish.

Visit: Maria Montessori's Study, AMI HQ
During our visit to the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) in Amsterdam, we will explore its renowned Montessori Study Centre, the heart of global Montessori research and preservation. Founded by Maria Montessori in 1929, AMI safeguards the authenticity of her pedagogy while supporting innovation through training, advocacy, and international collaboration. The Study Centre houses historical archives, research projects, and the AMI Research Threads series, which showcases studies on Montessori’s impact in cognitive, social, creative, and motor development. This visit offers a rare opportunity to connect with AMI’s heritage, witness its research in action, and gain insights that can inspire and inform our own practice.
