Roy is the Founder of Q4 Profiles, a behavioral specialist, coach, and senior researcher with over 15 years of experience in behavioral and communication research.

Through his work, Roy helps individuals and teams gain deep insights into communication preferences, emotional intelligence, and behavior, leading to more effective collaboration, stronger relationships, and positive change.

Roy is also a certified expert in DISC styles, values, intrinsic motivation, and EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence. He regularly gives lectures and inspiration sessions on communication and behavior.

At this year’s summit, Roy will be leading a workshop on communication styles — exploring how we communicate, how we make decisions, and how we collaborate.
