One of our core values is transparency. We believe that keeping you informed about what is happening inside our company is so important. With our new blog we can now highlight multiple company updates in one article. Today: a Spanish course, a partnership announcement, and upcoming events!

Fundamentals course translated in Spanish

Since we have launched our Fundamentals course at the end of August, we have received many inquiries about translating our course to Spanish. That is why we, together with Eder Cuevas Iturralde (Executive Director of Montessori México), have decided to translate the subtitles and assignments in our course to Spanish. Through this we hope that our course will become more accessible and that our community will grow even further. This will make it easier for you to make new connections with Montessori Sports enthusiasts from all around the world! We will launch the Spanish version of our Fundamentals course in December.

Partnership with GAMES

We are very proud to announce our partnership with the Global Association of Montessori Education and Sport (GAMES)!

At GAMES they are dedicated to using sports as a means to promote peace education, cultural understanding and the overall development of every child, by bringing young people and educators together, to learn from and with one another.

We believe that our two organizations have shared values and will work together to share ideas and resources. Our partnership is based on mutual support and promotion, with plans to develop more collaborative events where we work towards our shared goals of child development and sustainability through sports.

Two upcoming Lead Montessori events

The last news item we would like to share with you is about two upcoming Lead Montessori events. On 12 November, Ruben, Patrick, and Jip will give a workshop on Zoom. Questions like 'What role does sports play in Montessori schools?' and 'How can sports be done within Montessori environments?' will be answered. Jip will also do a 15-minute sports session. You can join this workshop for free here. 

From 19 - 21 November we will also speak at Lead Montessori's Online Global Community Conference. This conference was organized for the Montessori community for the first time in 2018, to exchange information and learn from people with the same interests. We are very excited to share our story there! You can find more information about this on their website.
